Oneonta Southside Improvements, Otsego County

The Southside Oneonta safety and mobility project proposes to enhance safety for motorist and pedestrians on the State Route 23 and State Route 28 corridor, as well as improve traffic operations at four signalized intersections, from the Hannaford entrance to the entrances of Southside Mall and WellNow Plaza.

Construction is expected to begin in the spring of 2026 and to be completed by the end of 2027.
